We love to have this dish on a Saturday afternoons since it is so easy to make. I have also used it as an appitizer by placing it on a cheese tray with crackers.

Servings: 
4
Ingredients: 
1 1/2 Cup(s) Cooked Shrimp cut in halves
2 Stalk(s) Celery
1 Cup(s) Arugula
1/4 Cup(s) Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
Preparation: 
In a bowl whip together the Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, and add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper each
Add the shrimp, celery, and arugula
Mix all together and your done
Notes: 

You can use this as an appetizer on crackers or on baguettes for a po boy with lettuce.
